Jason Milliken is the founder of Hard Money Loan Solutions (HMLS), a private lending company based in Palm Beach, Florida. A lifelong South Floridian and seasoned entrepreneur, Jason brings more than two decades of business and real-estate experience to the lending industry. Jason entered the real-estate investing and private-lending space after years of buying, rehabbing, and wholesaling properties throughout South Florida. Mentored by one of the region’s most established hard-money lenders, he developed a deep understanding of private-mortgage financing — eventually investing his own capital and managing funds for accredited investors. Under his leadership, HMLS has continued to double its lending volume year after year, funding diverse projects across the United States. Passionate about helping others achieve financial growth, Jason enjoys watching every project he funds come to life — from groundbreaking to grand opening. His current goal is to expand HMLS’s lending portfolio to $500 million while continuing to set the standard for transparency, speed, and reliability in private lending. Based in Palm Beach, Florida, Jason continues to combine his entrepreneurial drive with his commitment to helping investors and borrowers succeed through strategic, real-estate-backed financing.
