Our Asset Based Lending Program Does Not Require High Credit Scores

A traditional loan takes on a process where a plethora of factors determine your approval. These range from the burden-some credit score check (requiring a reasonably high score) to tax returns and proof of income.

A hard money loan, on the other hand, looks only at your current hard assets, or real estate. Understanding today’s struggle with good and bad credit, we do not go through the same score-based approval process as a traditional loan. This allows our investors to offer you more, and approve your request quickly — with less hassle. Consequently, we take on a higher risk which means a higher interest rate.

Short-Term: provides a short-term real estate backed loan to assist in the purchase and rehabilitation of residential and commercial properties.

Long-Term: provides lower-rate and long-term funding for distinctive borrowers to fund the acquisition and refinancing of wide range commercial properties.
